My company Luria Visuals Custom Productions. has been around for over 30 years, 20 of which I have been the owner. We film/video/photograph many events each year and I am seeking a virtual assistant to help keep my company and myself organized and running smoothly.
Looking for 20-40 hours per week. Part time to full time.
Assistant job requirements are, but not limited too:
-good communication in English
-timely responses to clients and myself.
-Google calendar, Docs, Sheets, and
-basic technology skills
-Send communications (mostly
-We have a system in place with
-Track dates to send
-Schedule meetings with clients and myself
-Gather information from multiple sources (Google doc,
-Math skills to calculate prices for clients
-Complete contracts within adobe program
-Use of zoom systems
-Able occasionally to meet through video chat to discuss larger projects
-Social media postings on Instagram and
Details on workflow system:
-Pay through remitly and work tracked through online system (traqq)
-Our pay is on the 15th and first day of the month.
-No more than 40 hours a week (without approval)
Additional items that would help but not required:
-Knowledge of American events
-Knowledge of Bar/Bat Mitzvah events
Knowledge of Weddings
-Use of Pixieset
-Use of Vimeo
-Social media
-Basic Photography editing
-Basic Videography editing
-Animoto or other montage creating programs
