We specialize in social media management, digital advertising, content writing, email marketing, and more. Our team is collaborative, creative, and driven—but our Asana setup needs a serious glow-up. That’s where you come in!

???? What We Need
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Asana Consultant to help us revamp and streamline our internal project management system. This is a short-term project with a BIG impact. We want to build a system that’s easy to use, highly organized, and fully aligned with how digital marketing agencies operate.

? Your Tasks Will Include:

Audit and review our current Asana setup

Build clear and repeatable workflows for:

Client project & task management

Onboarding & offboarding (clients and employees)

Internal operations & recurring tasks

Social media, email, blog, and digital ad campaigns

Create organized task structures with deadlines, dependencies, and priorities

Use Asana features like custom templates, calendar views, automations, and forms

Design a visual system that’s easy to train a new project manager on

Create SOPs and documentation for future team use

Provide basic training or walkthrough videos for team onboarding

???? Requirements:

Proven experience managing or optimizing Asana for a digital marketing agency (MUST)

Strong knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, and content workflows

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Very detail-oriented and organized (we love a bit of healthy OCD!)

Able to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines

Must be a good listener who can take feedback and ask the right questions

Available to start ASAP
