Architectural Designer

We are one of Australias premium BPO's offering an opportunity to work with one of our premier clients... a design-led renovation company, founded by an award winning Australian builder/designer. This is an incredible opportunity for mentorship from an industry leader and for overall career development!

This is a dedicated Full-Time work-from-home (WFH) role, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Australian business hours (AWST).

Key Responsibilities Include

- Preparing concept plans in sketch-up for full residential renovations and new builds.
- Specializing in plans for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries.
- 3D renderings using Sketch-up.
- Cost estimating of projects in Excel. (Rates will be pre-provided).
-Transfer of costs to XERO to produce quotes.
- Production of detailed final documentation in Sketch-up Layout.
- Production of detailed documentation in AutoCAD 2D to be included submission of building plans for building permits and development applications to local councils.
- Organizing CDC, structural and energy efficiency documents for submissions.
- Production of detailed construction drawings.

Mandatory- Applicants must have

**** At least 2 years experience working for an Australian builder/designer/architecture company.
**** High level of proficiency in Sketch-up
**** High level of proficiency in AutoCAD
**** Medium level of proficiency in Excel
**** Basic level of proficiency in XERO.
**** Fluency in English both verbal and written is essential.
**** Excellent communication skills.
**** Meticulous Attention to detail.
