Architect / Construction Manger experience in dealing with Australian built homes and understand Australian Standards a must**

Assisting and managing in documentation process and applying and obtain relevant permits for projects in the pre construction stage.

Review and preparing take off on plans and preparing bill of quantities for estimating projects and procurement of materials

Assisting in Contract administration, coordinating and managing projects

Detailing certain components of construction process for construction and manufacturing in CAD to give to site or manufacturing.
