Experienced Architect

I specialise in designing luxury homes and garages for car collectors and small private car museums. The projects always include the building, the landscape and very detailed interiors. Artwork, furniture and cabinetry is a strong focus.

The project locations are mixed between Australia, Europe and the UK.

I need a team member to work with me that I can trust and wants to grow with my business.

The ideal person will have at least 5 years experience as a registered architect and must be skilled in BIM management, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion or Twin motion.

The first task will be to create all new page templates and layouts using my 2D AutoCAD style as a guide.

You must be able to create complete drawing sets for residential buildings to suit Australian standards.

You will know how to build a building and make intelligent decisions on construction techniques and materials.

You will always have excellent support and guidance from me and other Deverson Design staff.

I will provide 2D AutoCAD sketches and sometimes just hand drawn sketches. You will then create Revit drawing sets in stages.
1) Concept drawings with 3D animations.
2) Planning drawings for approval and
3) Full construction drawings.

I have three major residential projects and two major commercial sized projects currently underway or about to start and I need to add new team members who can start straight away and take on one of the smaller projects straight away.

I am a very fair and patient person and will always provide support. I will always be happy to answer every question as it is always best to answer a dozen questions than to have silly mistakes.

My key to running a successful team is that everyone is listened to and respected.

The right person will have many years of work with Deverson Design and the opportunity to advance in pay levels with experience and commitment to the business.
