We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with excellent phone etiquette and a proven track record in appointment setting or sales.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads provided by the company.
-Engage with potential clients, educate them about our products/services, and generate interest.
-Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine if they meet the requirements for our offerings.
-Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
-Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not scheduled an appointment.
-Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competition to effectively communicate our value proposition.
-Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary information and support for successful appointments.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
-Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
-Ability to engage with prospects, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
-Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
-Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
