We are a fast-growing painting company looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. Your role will be essential in generating new business through cold outreach, LinkedIn & Facebook engagement, and CRM management.

What You’ll Do

Cold Call & Cold Email Prospects – Contact potential customers, introduce our painting services, and set qualified appointments.
Engage on LinkedIn & Facebook – Organically reach out to businesses and homeowners to generate leads.
Manage Facebook Ads – Help with running and optimizing Facebook Ads to attract potential clients.
CRM & Lead Tracking (Go HighLevel) – Update lead information, schedule follow-ups, and track appointment progress.
Follow Up with Prospects – Ensure leads are nurtured through timely responses and consistent engagement.
Book & Confirm Appointments – Schedule high-quality sales appointments for our team.
Track Performance & Report Progress – Keep track of outreach success rates and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Proven appointment setting experience (cold calling, cold emailing, or social outreach).
Familiarity with Go HighLevel CRM (GHL) or other CRM platforms.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects.
Experience in Facebook Ads Management (preferred but not required).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
