We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to help us generate sales calls with qualified prospects—retail traders who are struggling to trade profitably and are open to automation.

As our Appointment Setter, your job will be to identify, engage, and schedule calls with ideal prospects for our trading software. You’ll be reaching out via Twitter, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to connect with futures traders, NinjaTrader users, and retail traders looking for automation.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Qualify Leads: Identify and connect with traders who match our ideal customer profile.
Outreach & Engagement: Reach out via Twitter, email, or other methods to introduce our trading software and gauge interest.
Book Sales Calls: Schedule qualified sales calls for the founder (who will handle the closing).
Follow Up: Ensure reminders are sent to reduce no-shows and maximize conversion rates.
Who We're Looking For
Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales (trading/finance experience is a plus).
Strong written communication skills—you'll be engaging with traders online.
Self-motivated & results-driven—we want someone who takes initiative.
Familiarity with trading, NinjaTrader, or futures markets is a plus but not required.
