Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a rockstar Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team as an appointment setter, ensuring our enrollment team’s calendar is packed with high-quality leads.

The Role
As an Appointment Setter / SDR, you will:
-Engage with warm leads – no outbound cold prospecting required!
-Schedule & confirm sales calls with highly engaged leads who have applied for our programs.
-Follow up consistently to reduce no-shows and maximize conversions.
-Manage a high lead flow – we receive over 200+ applications per week from people actively seeking our help.
-Use social media & CRM tools to nurture leads and build trust.
-Moderate direct selling for our mid-ticket offer.
-Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging, scripts, and strategies for better appointment conversion.

Who You Are
-A top producer of appointments, hungry to hit targets and exceed expectations.
-Experienced in appointment setting for high-ticket coaching or consulting businesses.
-Sharp, assertive, professional, and highly committed to success.
-A self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement to get things done.
-Excellent at objection handling and turning "NO" into "YES."
-Someone with grit, resilience, and strong sales instincts—knows when to be subtle and when to push.
-A master of follow-ups, ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.
-Highly organized and proactive, keeping track of all lead interactions and appointment statuses.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
-40+ hours/week availability (this is NOT a side hustle—it’s a serious income opportunity).
-A fast, reliable internet connection for seamless communication.
-An up-to-date laptop or computer for efficient workflow.
-A high-quality microphone & camera for virtual meetings.
-Proficiency in Zoom, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
-Exceptional follow-up skills & attention to detail.
-Previous experience with big coaching/consulting companies is a strong plus.
