Are you a tech-savvy, confident individual ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Appointment Setter to support small to medium-sized businesses across the U.S. In this exciting role, you’ll be the driving force behind our outreach efforts, engaging potential clients through cold calling and setting up valuable appointments. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn, improve their sales and communication skills, and grow personally and professionally with our digital marketing agency. As you become more comfortable with the process, you'll have the opportunity to close deals by yourself for higher pay.
Responsibilities:
- Use our proven system and software to easily find small to medium-sized businesses in the U.S. without a website.
- Call the businesses you have identified and offer/sell our web development services.
- Record, screen, track, and pre-qualify all leads and prospects.
- Set appointments for qualified leads to meet with our closers.
- Sell/Close businesses on your call for higher pay.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and a desire to grow with our company.
- Strong English proficiency written and spoken. Must have confidence in grammar, spelling, and American-style word choices - it’s the one training we can’t provide.
- Good understanding of American business culture.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
