Now, we're looking for 2 high-performing, commission-driven Appointment Setters/SDRs to join our team. Your livelihood will depend on your ability to book qualified appointments, and we’ll reward you handsomely for your performance.

Role Summary:
As an Appointment Setter/SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating and booking qualified appointments with business owners and decision-makers. Your day will be spent reaching out to leads via cold email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and SMS, using proven scripts and strategies from our Linas Growth Playbook.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Execute outbound campaigns using cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
Identify and engage with potential clients based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting:

Qualify leads to ensure they meet criteria (e.g., revenue thresholds, decision-making authority).
Book 3-5 qualified appointments per day on our sales team’s calendar.
Follow-Up & Relationship Nurturing:

Follow up with warm leads who’ve engaged with our marketing (email replies, ad viewers).
Re-engage no-shows and reschedule missed appointments.
CRM Management & Reporting:

Use GoHighLevel to manage leads, track outreach activity, and automate follow-ups.
Provide daily and weekly reports on outreach metrics and booked appointments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven Experience as an Appointment Setter or SDR:

Must have a track record of booking 15+ qualified appointments per week.
Experience in B2B sales, especially in agency, SaaS, or service-based industries is a plus.
Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills:

Confident in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close appointments.
Results-Driven & Commission-Motivated:

This is a performance-based role—your income will depend on your ability to book qualified calls.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM & Outreach Tools:

Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Apollo.io, or Instantly.ai is preferred.
Comfortable using email automation tools and managing lead pipelines.

Base Salary + Performance-Based Commissions:
