Role Summary:
As an Appointment Setter/SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating and booking qualified appointments with business owners and decision-makers. Your day will be spent reaching out to leads via cold
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Execute outbound campaigns using cold
Identify and engage with potential clients based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting:
Qualify leads to ensure they meet criteria (e.g., revenue thresholds, decision-making authority).
Book 3-5 qualified appointments per day on our sales team’s calendar.
Follow-Up & Relationship Nurturing:
Follow up with warm leads who’ve engaged with our marketing
Re-engage no-shows and reschedule missed appointments.
CRM Management & Reporting:
Use GoHighLevel to manage leads, track outreach activity, and automate follow-ups.
Provide daily and weekly reports on outreach metrics and booked appointments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven Experience as an Appointment Setter or SDR:
Must have a track record of booking 15+ qualified appointments per week.
Experience in B2B sales, especially in agency, SaaS, or service-based industries is a plus.
Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills:
Confident in cold calling, cold
Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close appointments.
Results-Driven & Commission-Motivated:
This is a performance-based role—your income will depend on your ability to book qualified calls.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM & Outreach Tools:
