Compensation: Base compensation of US$320 per week (US$8/ hour), with US$15 per meeting completed. On target earnings of US$620 per week.

The Appointment Setter role is pivotal in driving the company’s success by connecting our sales team with high-potential prospects.
Your focus will be on securing 60 to 80 completed discovery calls per month, using a mix of outbound outreach, inbound interest, and existing client opportunities. We use the best technologies and lead generation tools like Clay, instantly, and Hubspot.
Success in this role requires a proactive and organized approach to lead engagement, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified appointments for the sales team.

???? What You'll Do as Appointment Setter
1. Lead Engagement
- You will have access to thousands of leads (both warm and cold) in our database
- You will be responsible for outreach via phone,
- You will qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their fit based on our qualification criteria.
2. Scheduling Appointments
- You will be responsible for booking 15x high-quality appointments for the sales team each week using scheduling tools and - - - CRM systems to manage and track interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
3. Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.

- Experienced: 2+ years in a sales prospecting, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong Communicator: Confident and professional phone presence with perfect English.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
- Persistent: Tenacious and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
