Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist (No VA Experience Required)

We’re looking for a driven and empathetic Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist to join our B2B business. If you thrive on meaningful conversations, can navigate different cultures, and know how to build connections that convert, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
-Set appointments through calls, emails, and social media engagement
-Use platforms like Calendly (or similar) for seamless scheduling
-Utilize Go-to Dialer or other tracking systems to manage leads and calls
-Engage with prospects through social media platforms to generate leads
-Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments

Qualifications:
-Excellent English communication skills (conversational and empathetic)
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances in communication
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to hitting targets
- Familiar with tracking systems and appointment-setting tools
- Experience with social media engagement for lead generation
