Appointment Setter / Dialer for Life Insurance Agent**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Dialer to join our growing life insurance business. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting incoming leads and scheduling appointments for our life insurance agent. Your efforts will play a key role in driving the growth of our business and providing prospective clients with the assistance they need in securing their financial future.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Contact and qualify incoming leads (via phone, text, or email) to schedule appointments with the life insurance agent.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when engaging with potential clients.
- Update and manage lead databases with appointment details and lead status.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-ups with clients to confirm scheduled appointments.
- Work closely with the life insurance agent to track progress and adjust appointment scheduling strategies as needed.
- Achieve set targets for the number of appointments booked per week/month.

**Requirements:**

- Very good speaking voice and fluent in English, all leads will be in the United States.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel) or appointment scheduling software is a plus.
- Experience with dialing software (Readymode) is required.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
