One Janitorial is looking for a passionate Lead Generator, you will be making outbound calls all day and sending emails to generate opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with great hours in a fun yet professional atmosphere & culture.

Commissions are CAD$ 250 - CAD$ 750 per month extra

Your day will include:
- Cold calling 100+ leads a day
- Sending out emails to potential clients
- Setting up appointments with a daily target of at least 1-2 appointments per day

What would help you succeed
- At least 6 months solid experience in Appointment Setting (B2B campaigns preferred)
- Must have held this position in at least from the 2 most recent job on your resume
- Has a full cycle Sales experience
- High level of negotiation skills
- Great English communication and tonality

Must Have
- USB type headset (with noise cancelling), Computer with at least 4 GB ram, good webcam and fast internet.
- Quiet place to work at home without being interrupted.
- Able to work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MDT - Monday to Friday.
- -Must obtain a high level of energy.
- Must be willing to put in the extra hard work to get the result.
- Familiarization with Google programs (sheets, drive, Gmail, etc) is an asset.
