We are a dynamic, growing US-based marketing agency looking for a motivated and persuasive Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll represent our clients by making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing their products or services, and setting appointments or lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.
- Clearly communicate clients’ value propositions, products, and services in a professional manner.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and matching them with the best solutions.
- Handle objections gracefully and turn them into meaningful opportunities.
- Schedule appointments or facilitate live transfers to clients’ sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong active listening.
- A neutral or native English accent.
- Ability to quickly adapt to various industries, products, and services.
- Confident in managing objections and turning them into opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

- Starting at $1,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.

Work Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
