Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

We are a growing US-based marketing agency looking for a driven and persuasive Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will represent our clients, making outbound calls to their prospective customers, introducing their products or services, and generating leads or setting appointments. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers on behalf of clients using provided lead lists.
- Professionally represent clients by clearly communicating their value propositions and offerings.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with clients' solutions.
- Handle objections and engage in meaningful conversations to build interest.
- Schedule appointments or facilitate live transfers to clients’ sales teams.
- Accurately log all interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Neutral or native English accent.
- Quick adaptability to different industries, products, and services.
- Confidence in managing objections and converting them into opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation:
Starting at USD 1000 per month plus incentives.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
