We are looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter / Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires experience in lead generation, cold calling, cold email outreach, and client acquisition, with a focus on building strong business relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Appointment Setting: Reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads.
- Lead Generation & Data Scraping: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and data mining.
- Outreach & Business Development: Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to establish strong relationships.
- Vacancy Mapping: Identify businesses with hiring needs and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- CRM & Lead Management: Maintain and update databases to track leads and conversions.
- Email & LinkedIn Campaigns: Manage outreach campaigns with personalized and strategic communication.
- Sales Support & Follow-ups: Assist in closing deals by nurturing leads, addressing inquiries, and overcoming objections.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or appointment setting.
- Strong background in client outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data scraping, and email automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze and clean data for targeted prospecting.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the Australian, UK OR USA markets within NDIS providers, Healthcare, Aged Care, Travel & Tourism AND/OR Real Estate Industries is an advantage.

Work Setup & Schedule:

- Hybrid setup (remote with occasional office meetings)
- Australian business hours
- This is a contractor position and you will contract for ProSource
