We are an agency specializing in customer review management and Google My Business profile optimization for local businesses. We help our clients improve their online reputation and attract more customers through effective strategies.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Appointment Setter to contact local businesses and offer them our services. Your primary mission will be to generate qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Contact local businesses primarily by phone (cold calling), as well as via email and other communication channels if necessary.

- Briefly present our services and generate interest from prospects.

- Qualify prospects and identify their needs before scheduling an appointment.

- Set appointments for our sales team.

- Manage and update client information in our CRM.

- Work collaboratively with the team to improve the appointment-setting process.


Desired Profile:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Previous experience in prospecting, telemarketing, or B2B appointment setting.

- Ability to persuade and handle prospect objections.

- Comfortable using CRM tools and prospecting software.

- Availability during U.S. business hours.

- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
