Appointment Setter

We're a fast growing health and fitness coaching company that helps overweight men in their 30's get into good physical shape by building muscle and losing body fat. My mission is to empower men with my help and guidance for them to succeed with their own Health and Fitness goals.

We're looking for an Appointment Setter to join our remote team and help us book calls with warm leads from our growing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients via SMS, email and Social Media.
Book discovery and strategy calls for my team.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure high call attendance.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required).

Work Schedule:
Flexible hours with availability to work during UK business hours (GMT).
Part-time or full-time depending on your availability and performance.
