Who We’re Looking For
We need a proactive, results-driven Appointment Setter who thrives on high-level engagement and converting conversations into booked appointments. This role is not for someone who waits for things to happen—it’s for someone who makes things happen. If you’re a natural communicator, persuasive, and competitive, and you know how to keep a conversation going with precision and purpose, we want you on our team.

Position: Part-time (6 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Your Role & Responsibilities
- identify & Engage: Research and connect with potential clients through Instagram DMs, following our customer personas.
- Convert Conversations Into Appointments: Your goal is simple—book quality sales calls with interested leads.
- Respond Fast: Speed matters. You’ll be expected to reply quickly and maintain dynamic conversations.
- Personalize Every Interaction: No cookie-cutter messages—every response should be tailored to the prospect’s needs.
- Build Relationships & Trust: Nurture potential clients and keep them engaged with our brand.
- Track & Optimize: Use Instagram tags and our tracking system to manage leads at different sales stages.
- Report Daily Progress: Submit a daily End-of-Day (EOD) report, tracking your wins and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate With the Team: Work alongside our marketing and sales teams to align messaging and optimize performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Participate in ongoing training to refine your skills and stay sharp in appointment setting.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or marketing (DM-based sales a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills—you know how to keep a conversation moving toward a goal.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and influence potential clients to take action.
- Experience using Instagram or social media platforms for outreach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—you don’t miss follow-ups or leave leads hanging.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven—you thrive on hitting and exceeding targets.
