Position: Appointment Setter
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Base Pay: $70 per week (paid weekly)
Bonuses: Weekly & monthly performance-based bonuses (Earn more based on the number of policies sold!)
Work Setup: Fully remote

???? Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and book appointments for our agents
Follow a provided script and handle basic objections
Ensure at least 10 solid daily appointments for our agents
Track and update lead information in our system
Stay professional, friendly, and persistent

???? Requirements:
? Fluent in English (Strong verbal skills required)
? Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferred but not required)
? Confident, proactive, and coachable
? Ability to follow a script and handle objections professionally
? Reliable internet, noise-free workspace, and a headset
