Job Title: Appointment Setter

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our recruitment business in the USA by leveraging LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email marketing to connect with key decision-makers in the Wine & Spirits industry. This role focuses on nurturing leads, sending personalized messages via LinkedIn, and setting up meetings that convert, with an emphasis on scheduling impactful discovery calls directly on our calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients in the Wine & Spirits industry.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to engage leads and pitch our unique recruiting services.
• Send personalized messages to nurture leads and drive interest.
• Follow up with prospects to secure meeting commitments and maintain engagement.
• Use Calendly to schedule discovery calls directly on our calendar.
• Maintain and update a tracking system for all outreach, email campaigns, and scheduled meetings.
• Provide detailed daily and weekly reports on activities, responses, and appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience and achievements in appointment setting is a must
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional yet approachable tone.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing Tools, CRM tools, Calendly, and Slack. (All Tools Provided)
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to balance daily outreach, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Availability: Available to work 7 hours daily, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), USA.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Recruitment and the Wine & Spirits industry is a massive plus.
• Goal-oriented mindset, capable of booking at least 5 appointments weekly.
• Self-motivated and adaptable with a commitment to delivering results.

Compensation and Incentives

• Base pay: $150 - 200 USD per week, plus a 50% bonus for booking 8+ appointments in a week.
• Performance Bonus: Earn a $1,000 USD bonus for every 3 new clients the company successfully signs as a result of your efforts.
