Key Responsibilities:
Set appointments for our real estate agents and clients
Maintain an organized calendar and coordinate schedules
Follow up with leads and clients, ensuring no opportunities are missed
Communicate effectively with clients and tea
Manage administrative tasks, including
Support team operations through various digital tools
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or similar administrative role
Comfortable with having your camera on during the entire shift
Experience or familiarity with the following tools is a plus:
