Job Description:

We are in search of an organized and driven Appointment Setter to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, responsible for engaging leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our cleaning services.
Assess client needs and qualify them based on their interest and the potential for partnership.
Schedule appointments for prospects with our sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off.
Maintain records of calls and appointments in our CRM software for follow-up and reporting.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and engagement processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and comfortable handling multiple tools.
Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection for making calls.
Proven appointment setting experience; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
