Summary of the Position:
We are hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to manage our CRM, reply to outbound cold text messages, and handle outbound LinkedIn messaging. Your primary goal is to convert these interactions into qualified, booked meetings with our sales team. This is a 40-hour-per-week role with paid holidays, offering a base salary of $3-5 per hour plus an uncapped commission structure on deals closed.
Key Responsibilities:
-Engage prospects through outbound text and LinkedIn messaging using our scripts and your natural conversational skills.
-Convert leads into booked meetings with qualified prospects.
-Maintain and update our CRM with relevant prospect data.
-Send appointment reminders to ensure high meeting attendance rates.
-Provide feedback and collaborate with the team to optimize messaging strategies.
-Work closely with sales management to meet and exceed weekly metrics.
Your Weekly Success Metrics:
-Messages sent.
-Conversations initiated.
-Meetings booked.
-Show-ups for booked meetings.
-Deals closed by the sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
-Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong conversational skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound appointment setting (sales experience is a plus but not required).
-Proficient with CRM tools and comfortable learning new systems.
-A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn messaging and outbound communication strategies.
Compensation:
-Base salary: $3-5 per hour, based on experience.
