Analyst - No Prior Experience Required

I'm looking for an analyst that can learn new skills, evaluate data, solve problems and find patterns. While these analytical skills will be applied to marketing such as SEO, Ads management, and strategy, prior experience is not required. The most important qualifications are the following:

- Ability to solve complex problems and learn new skills
- Communicate clearly in English
- Work efficiently and reliably

We will not be considering candidates with multiple jobs. To evaluate problem-solving skills, you may be asked to complete an IQ test.

This will be for full-time work (40hrs a week). 16 hours of each week have mandatory time requirements, the remaining 26 hours can be completed whenever is most convenient for you. Mandatory hours of work are Monday-Thursday: 10pm-2am PHT. This is so that US team members and Philippine workers can collaborate and work more efficiently. On Fridays the late hours are not required. Like previously mentioned, the expectation is for 40 hours of work each week and the remaining 26 hours can be completed at your discretion. This role also includes paid vacation and bonus opportunities.
