Amazon Vendor Central Technical Specialist
Location: Philippines
Seeking an experienced Vendor Central specialist with deep knowledge of Amazon's vendor ecosystem. This role requires expertise in managing vendor relationships and technical operations within Amazon's B2B platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Vendor Central operations and technical processes
Handle purchase order processing and reconciliation
Troubleshoot EDI integration and data transmission issues
Resolve inventory discrepancies and cost disputes
Process chargebacks and handle dispute resolution
Manage retail readiness and catalog optimization
Navigate complex vendor account issues and escalations

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central
Expert knowledge of Purchase Order management and EDI systems
Strong understanding of Amazon's retail operations and requirements
Experience with cost file management and ARAP reconciliation
Proficient in handling chargebacks and dispute processes
Deep knowledge of Amazon's content requirements and A+ content
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multiple vendor account management
Background in retail or distribution operations
Knowledge of Amazon Retail Analytics Premium
Familiarity with inventory forecasting systems
Experience with automated replenishment programs
