Amazon and E- Commerce Marketplace Project Back Office Manager

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Amazon and E- Commerce Marketplace Project Manager to work with a small team of professionals including a graphic designer, copywriter. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of Amazon listing creation and related projects, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Amazon Project Manager will be responsible for managing the team, assigning tasks, reviewing work, providing feedback, and finalizing approvals with brand managers.


Responsibilities:

Organize the back office operations for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
Manage Inventory management program Linnworks for business operations
Create reports with business KPIs
Work with a small team that includes a graphic designer, copywriter, and business analyst, product researcher.
Use Asana to assign tasks and manage project timelines
Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
Oversee graphic design work, providing feedback and revisions as needed

Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on the latest Amazon marketplace trends and best practices


Qualifications:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Amazon listing creation or related field
Linnworks inventory management program experience - is a huge plus but not major issue as long as you have experience with other Inventory management softwares, but that clearly must be stated also on the top of the reply.
Knowledge and understanding of the Amazon marketplace and e-commerce industry
Background in graphic design with experience using tools such as Canva,
Experience with project management software such as Asana,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others and lead a team
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
