About the job:
The Amazon Virtual Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Senior Account Managers by handling essential administrative and data entry tasks. The primary responsibility of the Virtual Assistant is to manage time-consuming duties such as downloading and preparing reports, assisting with graphic briefs, and meticulously double-checking data. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant provides direct support for the Senior Account Manager during unexpected absences, ensuring continuity of operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Amazon Seller Central to effectively navigate reports, manage listings, and support daily account operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop clear and detailed graphic briefs for product images, A+ Content, and storefront graphics.
- Collaborate with designers and Account Managers to ensure visuals align with branding, Amazon guidelines, and marketing objectives.
- Review completed graphics to ensure they meet brand standards, are error-free, and are optimized for Amazon listings.
- Gather and organize data from various sources, including sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets to track KPIs, sales trends, and other critical metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing account activities and performance insights.
- Regularly monitor product listings to confirm updates and changes are live and correctly displayed.
- Identify and report any listing issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Assist in formatting and uploading new product listings and updates, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s listing requirements.
- Track and update committed units for Lightning Deals to reflect promotional event requirements.
- Optimize inventory allocation to maximize sales potential during deals.
- Temporarily take on essential tasks during unexpected absences to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central (report navigation, listing updates, and general account management).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to double-check data for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
