I have an exciting job opportunity for a proficient and experienced Amazon VA to help manage a UK amazon store. In addition to Amazon experience, any experience with social media / shopify would also be advantageous.

Introduction
Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
This is a full time position and you must not be working for multiple clients
Time will be tracked using Time Doctor
The company is based in the UK and you will be working UK hours 8am – 6pm ( 40 hours per week)
Personal Skills
• Experience in managing teams and own work
• Effective communicator in oral and written English
• The ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• A minimum of 4 years experience working as an Amazon VA
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA platform and e-commerce best practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Amazon Seller Central and administration
• Management of account health
• Review performance data and recommend next steps
• Increase sales and revenue across all market places
• Achieve and maintain strong seller performance metrics and ratings on amazon
• Successfully raise cases with seller support and following up for a resolution
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
• Responsible for the creation of weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
• Analysing reports / data and making recommendations
• Fetching of invoices from suppliers for VAT return
SEO /PCC
• Amazon SEO expertise ( research , monitor and update)
• Proficient with PPC
• Helium 10 expertise
Product Development and Listing Creation
• Successfully launch new products and manage their performance
• Research market trends and develop new products
• Identify trends and opportunities
• Support listing creation ( Title, bullet points, description)
• Support the optimisation of images through canva or photoshop
• Proficient with A+ Content
Supporting Business Operations
• Liaising with the UK team for product ordering or any other matters
•
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Process website orders and manage inventory.
