About Us:
ShopHowell is a boutique e-commerce agency dedicated to helping small businesses succeed on Amazon. We specialize in branding, product optimization, advertising management, and account troubleshooting. We are growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled Amazon Troubleshooter Virtual Assistant to help resolve common seller issues, maintain account health, and ensure smooth operations for our clients.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced virtual assistant who is knowledgeable in Amazon Seller Central and can proactively troubleshoot issues such as listing suppressions, account suspensions, and compliance violations. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Amazon Seller Central Support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common Amazon Seller Central issues (e.g., listing errors, account health issues, stranded inventory, policy violations).
- File and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support, escalating as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain account health metrics to prevent policy violations and suspensions.
- Resolve suppressed, deactivated, or flagged listings and appeal issues related to compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of client accounts to identify potential risks and optimize performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed on issue resolutions.
- Assist with FBA inventory reconciliation and stranded inventory resolution.
- Provide support in resolving IP claims, counterfeit complaints, and brand registry issues.
- Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting efforts and case outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Amazon Seller Central accounts.
? Strong preference for candidates with experience in Amazon Seller Central Support.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
? Experience handling Amazon policy violations, listing suppressions, and account suspensions.
? Excellent written communication skills (to correspond with Amazon Support and clients).
? Ability to analyze account health reports and take preventive actions.
? Familiarity with FBA processes, stranded inventory, and reimbursement claims.
? Attention to detail and ability to track multiple cases simultaneously.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and track troubleshooting efforts.
? Knowledge of Amazon’s latest policies and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):
? Great communicators
? Experience with Brand Registry & IP complaints resolution.
? Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer support.
? Familiarity with Amazon advertising (PPC) and SEO optimization.
? Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
6-7$ Per Hour
