Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Support Specialist to resolve tickets raised by internal tea
Responsibilities:
Resolve tickets related to Amazon account issues like listing errors, compliance violations, and account health risks.
Investigate and escalate unresolved cases to Amazon Seller Support.
Monitor account health, compliance, and optimize listings. Please write your name, Simpliworks, and your favorite color in the first part of your cover letter. This is to check your attention to detail.
Document resolutions and communicate updates to the Team and Partners.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Expert to resolve complex issues (listing suppression, flatfile updates, compliance violations).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Must be detail-oriented
Willing to work during US business hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/PST) and 10 hours during the weekends.
Professional, reliable, and organized in a remote setting.
Knowledge of FBA processes and ASIN reinstatements.
