We’re seeking a highly skilled Amazon Store Manager based in the Philippines to manage and optimize our Amazon store. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do
Store Management & Maintenance

Oversee day-to-day operations of our Amazon store
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and visually appealing
Regularly update product titles, descriptions, and A+ content for higher conversion rates
Compliance & Account Health

Monitor account health metrics daily and address any issues proactively
Handle flagged listings and compliance matters to maintain a positive account standing
Performance Optimization

Use Amazon analytics tools to track performance and identify improvement areas
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure external traffic (from Facebook and TikTok ads) converts effectively
Customer Service Coordination

Manage customer inquiries, returns, and refunds to maintain high satisfaction
Ensure a seamless post-purchase experience for our customers
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing and fulfillment teams to align strategies
Provide detailed weekly reports on traffic, sales, and operational challenges

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven track record managing Amazon stores using Amazon Seller Central
Technical Skills: Proficient with inventory management, listing optimization, and flat-file uploads; experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp is a plus
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle compliance issues efficiently
Analytical Mindset: Experience using Amazon analytics tools to monitor and improve performance
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with a global, fast-paced team
Bonus: Experience with external advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook and TikTok) is a plus
