Amazon Specialist – Catalog & Operations (Growth to Full-Time!)

Job Overview:
We’re hiring a part-time Online Amazon Specialist ($500/month, 20 hrs/week) with the potential for full-time growth based on performance.

This role is ideal for someone dependable, resourceful, and experienced in Amazon operations who can work independently while collaborating with an experienced Amazon consultant. You’ll handle product listings, inventory, catalog updates, and troubleshooting while learning advanced e-commerce strategies.

What You’ll Do:

> Amazon Operations & Catalog Management:
Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing).
Handle flat file uploads and product feed updates (must have experience).
Oversee inventory management and prevent stock issues.
Fix listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues.

> Creative & Brand Content:
Assist with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores.
Suggest creative ways to enhance product listings.

> Data & Performance Analysis:
Use Excel and Google Sheets to analyze sales and advertising data.
Work with third-party tools (DataDive, Helium 10, KAPOQ).

> Project Management & Communication:
Use ClickUp to manage tasks efficiently.
Communicate via Slack with the internal team.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools) to improve workflow.

> Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central (inventory, catalog, listing management).
Proficiency in Amazon flat files (uploading, troubleshooting, optimizing listings).
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, data analysis).
Experience with Helium 10, DataDive, and other Amazon tools.
Strong problem-solving ability – must be able to troubleshoot Amazon issues independently.
Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Store Builder.
Self-motivated and dependable – you take ownership of tasks.

> Preferred (Not Required, But a Plus!):
Experience in the apparel category (handling variations, sizing, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation software).
