Amazon Seller Central Technical Support Specialist
Location: Philippines
We're seeking an experienced Amazon technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon's seller ecosystem and technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve complex Amazon Seller Central technical issues
Process and troubleshoot flat file uploads and inventory management
Handle seller case management and escalations
Provide solutions for catalog, listing, and account-related problems
Analyze and fix feed processing errors and data integration issues

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong knowledge of Amazon's flat file system and feed templates
Proven track record in case management and problem resolution
Excellent understanding of Amazon's catalog structure and listing requirements
Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to problem-solving
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in e-commerce or marketplace operations
Knowledge of Excel and data manipulation
Experience with order management systems
