The Opportunity:

The mission of Splash N Color’s Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant is to drive growth through portfolio optimization and operational excellence, working collectively with a high performance team. The person in this position is an expert at preparing high-quality, fully optimized product detail pages and listings via flat files. Create/optimize listings + Detailed weekly reports on inventory and product performance will be the core focus, allowing Splash N Color to rapidly make lauch new products. You will play an integral role in the team by creating great listings and inventory reporting for our manufacturing team.

This role requires an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to your success. Meeting targets and delivering on promises nurtures your soul.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position. We value Flexibility and Freedom.

Responsibilities:

- Research excellent keywords for optimized copywriting and product listing
- Collaboration + communication with product research team, ensuring team alignment
- Develop inventory management systems ensuring FBA products maintain 45 days of inventory
- Ensure FBA products remain in stock through daily reporting
- Assist others as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and pride in high-quality output
- A team-player who wants to participate in building the largest print farm on the planet
- Excellent persuasive marketing communication
- Product listing creating and optimization
- Master at flatfile, parent & child variation creation
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail
- Effective marketing and PPC campaign experience a plus

Compensation: Php 55,000.00-65,000/month
