Key Responsibilities
Review Management: Track, analyze, and address Amazon reviews, including responding to customer feedback to maintain high ratings and a positive brand image.
Customer Service: Efficiently handle customer orders and after-sales support to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
A-to-Z Claims: Address and resolve A-to-Z claims to protect the brand’s reputation and minimize the impact on account health.
Product Launch Support: Ensure new products receive reviews by implementing appropriate strategies and monitoring feedback.
Flexible Work Setup: Available to work both online and offline, six days a week, to ensure timely response and resolution of all tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and customer service tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with review strategies and A-to-Z claim resolution
Problem-solving and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Passionate about maintaining high customer satisfaction and product ratings
