JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce business focused on delivering top-quality products to our customers through Amazon. We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Amazon Product Researcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll help identify profitable product opportunities, expand our current brand catalog, and keep us competitive in the ever-evolving Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research on Amazon to identify trending, high-demand products to expand our current catalog.
Analyze market trends, competitor listings, and customer reviews to evaluate potential products that align with our brand.
Use tools like Helium10, to assess demand, competition, and profitability of potential new products.

Catalog Expansion & Brand Development:
Work closely with our team to expand our current brand catalog, selecting products that enhance and complement our existing offerings.
Identify gaps within our current catalog and recommend products that strengthen our brand’s market presence.
Develop a strategic roadmap for catalog expansion that aligns with our business goals and brand identity.

Keyword & SEO Research:
Identify relevant keywords to optimize product listings, boosting the discoverability of both existing and new products.
Evaluate search volume, keyword rankings, and other metrics to ensure our products stand out on Amazon.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Assess profitability margins, sales volumes, and costs to determine the best products to source and launch.
Provide detailed reports and data summaries to support recommendations for new products and catalog expansion.

Supplier Coordination:
Work with the procurement team to identify reliable suppliers based on product criteria.
Assist in communicating with suppliers to gather samples, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality for both new and existing products.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in e-commerce product research, with a focus on Amazon FBA or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Amazon research tools such as Helium10.
Strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and make strategic recommendations.
Ability to evaluate product details meticulously to ensure quality and market fit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines and reach objectives.
