What We’re Looking For:
This is a key role that monitors the performance of our product on Amazon. The Amazon Product Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring the health of our products on Amazon and translates product KPIs into actionable points for teams like advertising and design to improve product performance. This means tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, sales velocity, profitability, customer reviews, FBA size tiers and FBA storage/inventory fees and making concrete recommendations for PPC adjustments, pricing strategies, SEO improvements, and product enhancements.

Requirements:
- A highly analytical expert who can track, analyze, and optimize product performance based on KPIs.
- Someone with a proven track record of managing Amazon accounts generating €10M+ in revenue.
- The ability to develop PPC strategies, pricing models, and growth opportunities based on real performance data.
- Strong experience in adjusting sales targets—scaling products up or down strategically.
- A structured thinker who can set up workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reporting in collaboration with the management team.
- Proven experience with tools as Datadive, Sellerboard and Helium10 (we require experience with each of these tools not a subset)
- Good English level / Audio and video quality are also very important for this job for smooth collaboration with the teaUpgrade to see actual infomebers.
