About Us: We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in Amazon Private Label products. Our goal is to scale and build a lasting brand on Amazon, and we’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Amazon Private Label Manager to help us achieve this vision. Position Overview: As our Amazon Private Label Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Amazon Private Label business. This includes product research, sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, marketing, and continuous improvement strategies. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the success of our Amazon brand and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research & Sourcing: Find profitable products, identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and oversee the entire sourcing process.
Amazon Listing Optimization: Create high-converting product listings with SEO-focused titles, bullet points, descriptions, and enhanced brand content.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage FBA shipments, and ensure inventory is always well-stocked.
PPC Campaign Management: Develop and manage Amazon Ads (PPC) to maximize visibility, optimize spend, and drive sales.
Customer Experience & Feedback: Ensure excellent customer service, manage reviews, and handle customer feedback in a proactive manner.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Keep a close eye on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the Amazon space.
Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to scale our Amazon brand, including launching new products, bundling, pricing adjustments, and expanding into new marketplaces.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with Amazon Private Label business management (at least 2-3 years preferred).
Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon’s algorithm.
Strong experience with product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
Proficient in PPC campaign management and optimization.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growth.
Experience with market analysis and trend spotting.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
