JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
Amazon PPC Campaign Management
Conduct weekly optimizations of PPC accounts using tools like Helium 10 Adtomic, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar.
Analyze data to refine campaigns, adjust bids, and identify profitable keywords.
Research and launch new campaigns, including competitor targeting and keyword expansion.
Conduct monthly account audits to identify opportunities for improvement.

Reporting and Analytics
Prepare detailed performance reports, including key metrics such as ACOS and TACOS.
Maintain a running changelog of campaign activities for reference and tracking.
Provide actionable insights to improve account performance and meet client KPIs.

Invoicing Support
Assist with monthly invoicing processes, including data collection, commission calculations, and invoice preparation.

Creative Support and Coordination
Collaborate with clients and creative teams to recommend updates for ad assets.
Leverage tools to analyze ad performance and suggest creative optimizations (e.g., lifestyle imagery, product-focused videos).

Ad Hoc Tasks
Execute research-based tasks such as finding new SKUs or creating custom campaigns for specific client needs.
Support the implementation of new strategies and tools as required.

SOP Development and Task Management
Assist in creating and documenting SOPs for routine tasks and optimizations.
Track tasks and account updates using tools like ClickUp, Monday, or similar.

Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Experience with manual PPC optimization is acceptable, as long as it is combined with familiarity or prior use of Amazon PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10 Adtomic, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar).

Hands-on experience with keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

Skills:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain documentation.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to identify and implement account improvements.
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Tools:
Proficient in using Amazon PPC tools, as well as basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, ClickUp) is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
Adaptability to switch between different tasks and strategies.
Willingness to learn and embrace new ways of managing PPC campaigns and processes, even if they differ from previous methods.
A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback to align with the company’s approach.
