Amazon Operations Virtual Assistant

We are a fun and energetic design studio based in London, looking for a new Operations Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow!

We are looking for someone reliable who has great attention to detail and who is looking to take on more as they progress in their career with us.

This role will start as part time to allow for training, and will progress to full time.

Tasks:
Stock management through weekly call offs and re-orders
Creating product listings on Amazon and uploading images
Listing optimisation through keyword research
Booking Amazon shipments with couriers (DHL, UPS, preparing documents for customs clearance etc)

Requirements:

Extensive experience using Amazon Seller Central
Extensive experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel / Numbers
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Attention to detail
The ability to work between 9am - 5pm UK time
