About Us:
We run a growing Amazon business using the Online Arbitrage (OA) model and are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us scale. Our goal is to find high-margin, fast-selling products and optimize operations to maximize profits.

Position: Virtual Assistant – Amazon Online Arbitrage

Responsibilities:
? Product Sourcing & Lead Generation

Find profitable product leads that meet the following criteria:
At least 25% ROI or $3 profit per unit
At least 30 sales per month (or 50%+ ROI if slightly under 30 sales/month)
Use tools like Keepa, SellerAmp SAS, RevSeller, Tactical Arbitrage, and manual sourcing
Verify lead quality, check competition, and assess Amazon's presence on listings
Maintain a daily report of sourced products
? Amazon Seller Account Management

Manage inventory, restocking, and FBA shipments
Track and analyze product performance
Handle case logs and account health metrics
Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
? Supplier & Brand Outreach

Find and contact wholesale suppliers and brands for potential deals
Negotiate pricing and terms for bulk orders
Develop strong relationships with suppliers to secure exclusive product opportunities
? Everyday Amazon Seller Tasks

Repricing & Profit Optimization
Order Tracking & Problem Resolution
Basic Bookkeeping for Purchases & Sales
Who We’re Looking For:
