Position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Management Specialist to optimize our performance on Amazon marketplaces across Europe. This part-time role (with the possibility of transitioning to full-time) is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce, content optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Mission for the Role:
Your primary mission will be to enhance Natureich's presence on Amazon by optimizing listings, conducting keyword research, creating compelling A+ content, and implementing A/B testing strategies. You will collaborate with our team to improve our account performance and ensure our listings stand out across European marketplaces. Additionally, you will provide an optimized sample listing (from the UK marketplace) as part of the application process.

Outcome-Oriented Goals:

Increase revenue by 20% per year through improved listing optimization and enhanced keyword strategies.
Improve organic search ranking for key products by achieving a top 10 position for at least 80% of the targeted keywords in 12 months.
Achieve 98% listing accuracy by maintaining consistency in titles, bullet points, and descriptions across marketplaces.
Deliver a 25% increase in conversion rates by enhancing product presentation through A+ content and A/B testing.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed reliably and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Conduct monthly competitor analysis to identify and implement at least 3 actionable improvements for top-performing products.
Ensure 100% completion and accuracy of all seller performance and compliance tasks across all marketplaces, with zero unresolved issues or compliance warnings each quarter.

Role-Specific Skills:

Optimize product listings on Amazon marketplaces across Europe, focusing on title, description, and bullet points.
Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve search ranking and discoverability.
Develop A+ content and manage content creation for product pages.
Perform Amazon A/B testing to identify the best-performing elements for listings.
Write engaging and SEO-friendly texts tailored to each marketplace.
Manage Amazon accounts, ensuring compliance with guidelines and maintaining a high level of seller performance.
Provide insights into competitor analysis and market trends.
Track and analyze performance metrics to recommend and implement improvements.
