COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are an e-commerce company based in Vancouver, Canada and we are looking to hire a full-time, long-term employee to help out our e-commerce marketing department. Our company sells on a variety of ecommerce sales channels, but most of our sales come from Amazon, Walmart and eBay.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. If you’re passionate about Amazon SEO, listing optimization, PPC management, and staying on top of the latest eCommerce trends, we’d love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze a master keyword list using tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, and other analytics platforms.
- Create and refine product titles, bullet points, and descriptions (using ChatGPT or other AI tools when needed).
- Collaborate with our design team to optimize main images, secondary images, and A+ Content for increased conversions.
- Use Amazon flat files for bulk listing updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for both organic and sponsored rankings.
- Monitor and optimize organic keyword performance; track and report ranking changes to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s latest algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- Analyze which keywords should be launched as single-keyword campaigns based on COGS, fees, and break-even ACOS calculations.
- Set and monitor target ACOS, optimizing ongoing campaigns to improve ROI while scaling sales volume and organic rankings.
- Use Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive, and Seller Central to gather insights and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (keyword ranking, CTR, conversion rates, ACOS).
- Manage backend tasks in Seller Central, including suppressed listings and attribute updates.
- Open and follow up on support cases to resolve listing or account-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with graphic designers, PPC specialists, and other tea
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon listing optimization, PPC management, or similar roles.
- Must be experienced in Helium 10, Data Dive, and Amazon Seller Central (including flat files).
- Familiarity with Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Rank Radar is a plus.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
- Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, and backend keyword strategies.
- Practical experience in setting and managing PPC campaigns, including single-keyword campaigns.
- Ability to calculate break-even ACOS, determine target ACOS, and optimize bids accordingly.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills; ability to craft compelling, sales-driven copy.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated with Amazon’s ever-changing landscape.
- Familiarity with Notion or other project management tools is a plus.
- Basic graphic design familiarity (Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus but not required.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Own computer/laptop – You will need to install some programs in order to do the tasks assigned to you
- Must be able to work from Tuesday to Saturday 12am to 8:30am in the Philippines (9am to 5:30pm Pacific Time - PST/PDT). If you will not be available most Saturdays, please do not apply.
- A reasonably fast internet connection as you will be doing most of the work via a connection to our computers here in Vancouver
