Amazon Listing Creator and Listing Manager

Hello!

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) with significant Amazon experience to help manage our e-commerce business. While Amazon expertise is essential, we are happy to provide training for any tasks you’re not familiar with.

If you are organized, a fast learner, fluent in English, and have strong communication and writing skills, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Daily Amazon Tasks:

- Resolve listing issues (checking listings to make sure they are in stock, no other sellers etc…).
- Monitor PPC spend and suggest improvements.
- Check product reviews and respond as needed.
- Track stock alerts and ensure inventory availability.

E-commerce Listing Tasks:

- List products on:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Etsy
- Walmart
Note: Amazon is the most important

- Add products to Shopify store.

Content & Communication Tasks:

- Write detailed, accurate, and engaging product descriptions and titles. (AI can be used)
- Determine listing content/ image content
- Work with graphic designers to create high-quality listing images.
- Format and optimize listings across platforms.
- Optimize existing listings
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements:

- Experience: Significant hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is required. Experience with creating amazon listings and planning image content.
- Tools: Familiarity with Helium 10 (H10) or similar tools is preferred.
- Platforms: Experience with eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify is a plus (training provided if needed) (Amazon experience is required).
- Fluent English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable Wi-Fi connection and daily availability.
- Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Not working with any other amazon brands
