Client Overview:
*Justine is looking for an amazing and detail-oriented unicorn to join their super awesome team as an Inventory Specialist! In this role, you’ll play a key part in their cross-functional team, ensuring the smooth execution of Amazon-related projects that directly contribute to their clients’ success. You will collaborate closely with both their overseas point of contact and their U.S.-based manager, providing essential support while taking ownership of your tasks.

Client Requirements:
* Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9 AM and 5 PM Mountain Time (US)
* Must be able to work 20 hours per week, with the potential to go full-time in the future
*Must be fluent in English, written and verbal
*Must have 1-2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
*Must have 1-2 years of experience in an analytical or inventory management function
*Must be able to work independently and manage your tasks/timelines with minimal oversight and exceptional attention to detail and organization
*Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
*Must be able to complete analysis and provide high-level summaries
*Must be able to follow best practices for reporting and building actionable insights
*Asana or similar project tracking tool experience, a plus

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*KPI Tracking
*Inventory and ASIN Sales Reports (all brands) for Inventory Dashboards
*Workflow Creation & Client Email Communication
*Shipment Tracking
*Case Support
*Monitor brand health and inventory performance
*Troubleshoot listing and inventory issues
*Initiate and manage support cases related to inventory and shipments receipt disputes
*Manage daily and weekly reporting across a portfolio of brands, utilizing tools such as Excel, Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, and data analytics software.
*Utilizing inventory planning tools to forecast inventory and propose suggested
order quantities
*Create and track Amazon FBA workflows and shipments in Seller Central
