Work Experience:
2–3 years of experience in Amazon FBA inventory management, including shipment creation, inventory forecasting, and sales trend analysis.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon FBA to manage shipments, analyze sales trends, and develop strategies for expanding into other sales channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in optimizing inventory flow, reducing aged stock, and ensuring efficient fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon FBA Shipment Management: Create, review, and manage Amazon shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FBA requirements.
- Inventory Optimization: Analyze sales data and aged inventory reports to determine what needs to be sent and when.
- Forecasting & Planning: Calculate demand forecasts and develop inventory replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Sales Data Analysis: Track and interpret sales trends to make informed recommendations for product restocking and future sales strategies.
- Multi-Channel Expansion: Assist in identifying and planning for expansion into additional eCommerce channels beyond Amazon.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records, update spreadsheets, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the inventory and fulfillment process and implement solutions to enhance operations.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Amazon FBA inventory management, including shipment creation, inventory forecasting, and sales trend analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools for inventory and sales tracking.
- Experience with forecasting models and understanding of eCommerce inventory best practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, inventory management software, and analytics tools.
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving inventory efficiency and sales performance.
