As we continue to grow, we are searching for an Amazon Inventory Assistant with extreme attention to detail, critical thinking, strong analytical abilities, enjoyment of repetitive tasks, unwavering work ethic, focus, proactive attitude, independence, and optimism with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-- Shipping Coordination: Generate shipping plans, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, incoming and outgoing.
Inventory Monitoring and Expense Management: Monitor FBA inventory levels and manage expenses to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
-- Communication Responsiveness: Respond to messages promptly, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
-- Sales and Market Analysis: Analyze sales trends and market data to accurately forecast inventory needs, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand without overstocking.
-- Strategic Inventory Planning: Develop and implement inventory planning strategies, leveraging predictive analytics to anticipate fluctuations and adjust purchase orders accordingly.
-- Performance Metrics Evaluation: Monitor, update and evaluate inventory performance metrics to be shared during the weekly team meetings.
-- Supplier Communication: Communicate with global suppliers via email, WhatsApp, etc to coordinate orders, invoices & shipments. Looking for potential suppliers & doing price comparisons
-- Purchasing Facilitation: Facilitate purchases and place orders efficiently to maintain inventory levels and meet customer demand.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in Amazon Inventory Management
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets with focus on VLOOKUP, IF Formula, Conditional Formatting, and other Sheets formula
- Highly Analytical Person with Sound Judgment
- Highly Organized
- Very high attention to details
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Good and Stable Internet Connection
- Experience with Walmart is a PLUS
- Willing to do simple test
